OUTPATIENT/MOBILE CLINICIAN – Pines Behavioral Health is excited to have YOU join our team and is offering a full-time lead clinician position at a wage ranging from $60,382 to $66,851 annually, for a 3 day full-time (40 hour) position with benefits. This contract position is responsible for providing therapy during the week (16 hours spread across two days of choice) and on-call mobile crisis services on Saturday (8 a.m. – 8 a.m.). Saturday shift will be paid hourly ($29.00 – $32.14 an hour regardless of calls received). Mobile Crisis entails responding to crisis events during your weekend shift that occur within the community, responding as the lead member of a two person team. Must be in Branch County during the weekend mobile crisis Saturday shift. Candidate must have a Master’s degree from an accredited university and valid Michigan license as either a social worker, psychologist, or counselor. Certified by MCBAP or eligible for a development plan within 30 days of employment. Experience with trauma informed services, evidenced based practices, substance use and grief counseling preferred.. DIRECTOR OF ACCESS AND OUTREACH – Director will be responsible for department management and clinical supervision of the intake, assessment, and outreach services and processes. Position requires knowledge of the community mental health system, Medicaid services, and how to effectively direct a team responsible for navigating the person’s needs with the most clinically appropriate service. This position requires exceptional skill in clinical practice, crisis resolution, employee development, and time management. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and willing to learn new and changing information, and excel in customer engagement skills and motivational interviewing. Minimum of two years professional experience recommended, including two years supervisory experience. Previous experience within the Community Mental Health/Substance Use setting preferred.  Minimum qualifications: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work and licensed by the State of Michigan in their relative field. MCBAP Certification preferred or minimally a Development Plan within 30 days of hire. Starting wage range: $68,530 to $88,243 based on experience. Excellent fringe benefit package. YOUTH PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST – part-time contract position for an adult between the ages of 18-28 to provide support to youth in services.  The youth specialist provides assistance to the youth in obtaining the skills needed to be successful with family relationships, friendships, education, and community involvement.  The Youth Specialist must have personal experience having received services as a youth (behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, special education, etc.) and be willing to self-identify as having received such services in order to help other youth. Candidate must be willing to travel, participate in required training, and have reliable transportation. Range of pay is $14-16 to start, depending on experience and level of education.
