Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader – Full time position. The ACT Team Leader provides guidance and oversight to the quality of treatment and team operations according to the philosophy and fidelity of Assertive Community Treatment. Provides direct client services including therapy as needed, clinical direction, and participation on the ACT on-call rotation schedule. This position will also participate in the agency’s ACT 24-hour emergency rotation coverage (additionally compensated). Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, with Michigan licensure (LLP, LMSW, LPC). Must have supervision within licensure scope of practice required. Minimum two years of clinical experience with/adults w/serious mental illness including individuals with a co-occurring substance use disorder. MCBAP certification preferred, or requirement of a MCBAP development plan within 30 days of hire. Criminal justice experience ideal. DIRECTOR OF ACCESS AND OUTREACH – Director will be responsible for department management and clinical supervision of the intake, assessment, and outreach services and processes. Position requires knowledge of the community mental health system, Medicaid services, and how to effectively direct a team responsible for navigating the person’s needs with the most clinically appropriate service. This position requires exceptional skill in clinical practice, crisis resolution, employee development, and time management. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and willing to learn new and changing information, and excel in customer engagement skills and motivational interviewing. Minimum of two years professional experience recommended, including two years supervisory experience. Previous experience within the Community Mental Health/Substance Use setting preferred.  Minimum qualifications: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work and licensed by the State of Michigan in their relative field. YOUTH PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST – part-time contract position for an adult between the ages of 18-28 to provide support to youth in services.  The youth specialist provides assistance to the youth in obtaining the skills needed to be successful with family relationships, friendships, education, and community involvement.  The Youth Specialist must have personal experience having received services as a youth (behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, special education, etc.) and be willing to self-identify as having received such services in order to help other youth. Candidate must be willing to travel, participate in required training, and have reliable transportation. Range of pay is $14-16 to start, depending on experience and level of education.
